Cocoon Portal Conformance Tests
For the first time, yesterday I was able to run the JSR 168 TCK against the Cocoon Portal (from version 2.2). Now running the tests is in the end very easy, but you have to provide a (simple) test driver which is running inside the portal and which is queryied from the test suite.
So, my first test run resulted in 2 tests out of 366 succeeding...but fortunately this was due to my buggy test driver. After correcting the driver, I ran the tests again and 350 out of 366 succeeded. Which is pretty good for a first run ever! I already fixed one bug and now only 14 tests stil fail. I hope to pass the whole test very soon and then we have two portal solutions at Apache passing the test.
