DIY Store Hornbach is using Cocoon

On sunday while reading our local newspaper and looking into the accompaigning brochures I found out a secret: the german DIY store Hornbach is using Cocoon - well, sort of...
I looked at their latest brochure and saw the announcement of the new "projekt stammtisch" - a forum where you can exchange yourself with all the DIY enthusiasts around the world :) Now, the interesting part here is the image they use to promote the "stammtisch" - I looked at it, and then said to myself, "man, these guys look very familiar" - and then, thanks to Gianugo's brilliant visible appearance, I started to recognize faces on the picture: Gianugo, David, Matthew, Ulrich, Volker, Thorsten, Michael, Markus and ... wait a minute ... myself! I never knew that all these guys work for Hornbach - so, if Hornbach is using a picture with the most-wanted Cocoon guys on it, they must be using Cocoon, or?
Ehm, ok, in fact they are using a photo from the "Frankfurter Cocoon Stammtisch" that took place in 2002 as their picture - I guess some clever person has just googled for "project stammtisch", found *our* picture and used that. Disgusting.
Now, I'm really thinking about starting to sue Hornbach for associating my person with a DIY forum :)
Or is there a secret story behind it?

Update: Of course I was joking about sueing Hornbach - in the meantime, I spoke with them and it turned out as a simple case of misscommunication (without going into details). In the end, it's a chance to get famous :)
